Contact the publisher

There is no contact form on this page, and that is deliberate. A form would mean collecting and storing what you write on a server here, and this site stores nothing. Email goes directly to the publisher's mailbox instead.

Messages are read on working days and most are answered within a few of them. If your message concerns personal information — a request to see what is held about you, or to have something corrected or deleted — put Privacy request in the subject line and it will be handled under the privacy policy, with a reply within 30 days.

What we can help with

• A factual error on one of the five steps — tell us the page and the sentence.
• A link that no longer works or now points somewhere unexpected.
• A question about how this site is funded, or about the affiliate arrangement described on the funding page.
• A request about personal information, under the privacy policy.
• An accessibility problem with a page — which page, which browser, and what went wrong.

What we cannot help with

We are not any game publisher and we hold no account of yours with anyone. We cannot recover a lost game account, reverse a charge, answer a billing question, moderate anything, or pass a message to a publisher. Those go to the publisher's own support channel, which is the only place with access to your account.

We also do not give legal, financial or technical advice about your individual circumstances. The course explains where to read the rules from the bodies that make them; it does not apply them to a particular case.

What happens to your message

It arrives in a mailbox held with our email service provider, which may store or process data outside Australia. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else. It is not added to any list, because there is no list — this site sends no newsletters and no reminders of any kind.

Messages are kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless they need to be kept longer for a legal claim, and are then deleted. Anything you send that is not needed to answer you is deleted when it is lawful and reasonable to do so. You may write under a pseudonym; the only exception is a request for access to or correction of personal information, where we need enough identification to be sure we are giving the right information to the right person.
