Privacy Policy
Effective date: 16 October 2026
This policy explains how G-Wetroltrans s.r.o. handles personal information in connection with the website at softprism.online. G-Wetroltrans s.r.o. is a company registered at Orebitská 616/9, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic, with company registration number 04041101, contactable at info@softprism.online. Where this policy says “we”, it means that company.
Personal information in connection with this site is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, which are published in full by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au/privacy/australian-privacy-principles. Because the site is a set of text pages, most of those principles have very little to do here. Rather than say so in general terms, each principle is taken in turn below and answered for this site specifically.
This policy covers softprism.online and nothing else. The affiliate link published on several pages leads to a site operated by someone else, and other sites linked in the course — including the Australian government sites named in the steps — have their own privacy policies which govern what they do.
The principles, one at a time
APP 1 — Open and transparent management of personal information
This document is the whole of our policy and it is published at a fixed address, reachable from the footer of every page on the site. It is written to be read rather than skimmed, and it names the entity responsible rather than referring to it indirectly. If any part of it is unclear, writing to info@softprism.online will get an answer in plain words.
APP 2 — Anonymity and pseudonymity
You can read every page of this site without identifying yourself. There is no account, no sign-in and nothing to register for. If you write to us, you may use a pseudonymous email address and need not give your real name. The single exception is a request for access to or correction of personal information, where we need enough identification to be confident we are not disclosing one person's information to another.
APP 3 — Collection of solicited personal information
We solicit no personal information at all through this website. There is no form, no field, no newsletter sign-up, no quiz, no progress tracking and no chat. Two categories of information nevertheless exist, and they are listed in full here.
(a) Server access logs. Our hosting provider records, as web servers ordinarily do, the IP address making each request, the date and time, the URL requested, the referring page where a browser sends one, and the user-agent string that identifies the browser and operating system.
(b) Email you send us. If you write to info@softprism.online, we hold your email address, any name you choose to give, the content of your message and any attachment you send.
(c) Nothing else. No cookies are set. No web storage of any kind is used. No analytics, advertising tags, pixels, profiling or cross-site tracking exist on this site. No web fonts or scripts are loaded from anywhere else; your browser is asked to contact no server other than the one serving this domain. Our Cookie Policy sets out the same position technology by technology.
APP 4 — Dealing with unsolicited personal information
Because we ask for nothing, anything personal that reaches us arrives unsolicited, in an email. Where information in a message is not needed to answer you — details about third parties, documents sent without being asked for, information unrelated to the enquiry — we delete it as soon as it is lawful and reasonable to do so, rather than keeping it with the rest of the conversation.
APP 5 — Notification of the collection of personal information
This policy is that notification, and it is published in advance. The logs described above are created by the act of loading a page; the email described above is created by the act of writing to us. The purposes, the retention periods and the recipients are all stated in this document and nowhere else, because there is nowhere else.
APP 6 — Use or disclosure of personal information
Access logs are used for three purposes: keeping the site secure, identifying and preventing abuse such as automated attacks, and diagnosing faults when a page does not work. Email is used for one purpose: replying to you and keeping track of the conversation while it is open.
Neither category is used for anything else. We do not sell, rent, trade, publish or share personal information for marketing, our own or anyone else's. Information is disclosed to an authority only where a law in force requires it, and only to the extent required.
APP 7 — Direct marketing
We carry out no direct marketing of any kind. There is no mailing list, no newsletter, no promotional email and no course reminder. If you write to us, you receive a reply and nothing afterwards.
APP 8 — Cross-border disclosure of personal information
Two recipients exist, and no others. Our hosting provider holds the access logs. Our email service provider holds the mailbox. Both are commercial service providers acting for us, and both may store or process data outside Australia, including in locations we are not told the detail of. We have not named either provider or a specific country here because we would rather state the position accurately than imply a precision we do not have: if you need to know where a particular message of yours is stored, ask us and we will tell you what the provider tells us.
APP 9 — Adoption, use or disclosure of government related identifiers
No government-related identifier is adopted, used or disclosed by this site. We have no occasion to handle one.
APP 10 — Quality of personal information
The only personal information we hold that could be inaccurate is what you have written to us yourself. If something in an email to us is wrong and it matters, tell us and we will correct it in the record of the conversation.
APP 11 — Security of personal information
The site is served over HTTPS. There is no database behind it and no stored submissions, because nothing is submitted. Access to the hosting account and to the mailbox is limited to people working for G-Wetroltrans s.r.o. who need it, and is protected by passwords held only by them. We make no claim to any certification, standard or audit, because we hold none.
APP 12 — Access to personal information
You may ask what personal information we hold about you. Write to info@softprism.online with Privacy request in the subject line. There is no charge for making a request, and we reply within 30 days. In practice the answer for most people is that we hold nothing, because reading this site leaves nothing with us beyond a server log entry that is deleted on schedule.
APP 13 — Correction of personal information
If what we hold is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, ask us to correct it the same way, with Privacy request in the subject line, and we will do so within 30 days or explain why not.
How long each category is kept
| Category | Purpose | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
| Server access logs | Security, abuse prevention, fault diagnosis | 30 days |
| Email correspondence | Replying to you | 24 months after the last message in the conversation |
Email may be kept beyond that period only where it is needed for a legal claim, and only for as long as that claim is live. Logs are deleted on schedule by the hosting provider and are not archived elsewhere.
Affiliate links and what happens when you use one
Several pages carry a paid affiliate link to the Raid: Shadow Legends website. Clicking it takes you off softprism.online. From that moment you are on a site operated by someone else, and what happens there is governed by their notices, not by this one.
Raid: Shadow Legends and the affiliate network that operates the link may set cookies or use similar technology on their own domains to record that the referral came from us. We do not control those technologies, cannot see them and cannot switch them off from here. The network sends us commission reports. We use those reports only to reconcile what we are owed, and we neither seek nor want information that would identify an individual reader. The funding page explains the arrangement in full.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, write to info@softprism.online and set out the circumstances. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. The OAIC explains how privacy complaints work and how to lodge one at oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.
Data breaches
If we become aware of unauthorised access to, or disclosure or loss of, personal information held by us or our providers, we assess it promptly. Where serious harm to an affected person is likely, we notify those people and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, and we say what occurred and what to do about it.
Children
This site is not directed at people under 16 and the course assumes an adult reader making decisions about their own computer. We collect nothing that would identify a child, because we collect nothing that identifies anybody. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent us personal information by email, write to us and we will delete it.
Readers in the European Union, the EEA and the United Kingdom
G-Wetroltrans s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so the General Data Protection Regulation applies to its processing as well.
Our legal basis for the server access logs is our legitimate interests in keeping the site available, secure and free of abuse, which we consider proportionate given how little the logs contain and how briefly they are kept. Our legal basis for handling email is that processing it is necessary to respond to the enquiry you have chosen to send us. We rely on consent for nothing, because there are no cookies, no tracking and no marketing to consent to.
Where the GDPR applies you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, including objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Exercise any of them by writing to info@softprism.online.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For this company that authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) in Prague, uoou.gov.cz. Readers in Australia may use the OAIC route described above.
Changes to this policy
When this policy is revised, the effective date at the top is updated. Where a change is material — a new category of information, a new recipient, a new purpose — a note saying so is placed at the top of this page and kept there for 30 days, so that a returning reader sees it rather than having to compare versions.
